Lilac Cottage

The Lilac can be rented as a 2 bedroom cottage or a 5 bedroom guest house when combined with the Blue Spruce cottage through the adjoining door. Call 920 854-2633 to arrange for the 5 bedroom.

Rates range from $109 to $169 per night.  A Door County Picnic package is available by request. 

This year round house is part of Peninsula Park-View Resort once again. Thirty years ago, Herbie Hardt, a previous owner of the resort, sold the motel and kept the property South of the pool. He built two lovely duplexes and raised children and grandchildren there.


This two bedroom side has a sectional sofa sleeper and a microwave, refrigerator and A/C in the living room and an electric fireplace for year round enjoyment. The covered porch overlooks the pool and the sunset to the west.

The cottages are housekeeping units and guests let us know when something is needed. Linens are provided, but not towels or paper products. When guests leave the cottage clean, the one time cleaning fee is not charged.



One bedroom has a queen bed Linens are provided, but guests provide their own towels and paper products or rent towels.

The other cozy bedroom has a full sized bed.
