This remodeled duplex cottage offers a spacious open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with TV and VCR, and recently installed gas fireplace and A/C. With the sofa sleeper, it can accommodate 6 people comfortably. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. Linens are provided, but guests provide their own towels and paper products.The chestnut cottage has its' own private parking, lawn in the back and is near the pool and lodge.

Rates range from $119 to $179 per night.  A Door County Picnic package is available by request. 

The kitchen has a wood floor and comes complete with new full sized appliances and microwave. The rear door opens to your back yard. The television is large enough to see from the kitchen and living room.

The carpeted main bedroom has a queen bed, full sized closet, a marble top dresser, and TV with VCR. Free videos can be checked out in the motel lobby.

The second bedroom is also carpeted and provides two twin beds. It comes with two large closets and dressers.

Both bedrooms are adjacent to the bathroom.

Linens are provided, but guest bring their own towels and paper products. The one time cleaning fee of $75.00 is not charged if the guest house is left clean.
