The Blue Spruce can be rented as a 3 bedroom cottage or a 5 bedroom guest house when combined with the Lilac cottage through the adjoining door. Call 920 854-2633 to arrange for the 5 bedroom.

The Blue Spruce is a lovely three bedroom cottage. It has been extensively remodeled this Spring with a new kitchen, laminate floors in the kitchen and living room and new furniture in the living room. It was a private home for thirty years and so is a very nice guest house. The Blue Spruce can be combined with the Lilac guest house cottage through an adjoining door in the kitchen and then rented as a 5 bedroom Guest House with 2 bathrooms and two large living rooms.

Rates range from $139 to $199 per night.  When it is rented as a 5 bedroom cottage, rates range from $199 to $299 per night.  A Door County Picnic package is available by request. 

The Blue spruce 3 bedroom guest house has a large living room and an electric fireplace for ambiance year round.

Enjoy the birds as you sit on the open air porch that overlooks the pool and lovely lawn with a border of ferns and flowers.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. For your convenience we provide silverware, dishes, utensils, pans, coffee maker and a toaster.

Linens are provided, but guests provide their own towels and paper products.

The $100.00 one time cleaning fee is not charged if the guest house cottage is left clean. Parking is at your door.

This cozy room has a brass antique bed, just right for snuggling in with a good book. It also has a large closet for your convenience.

The third bedroom has twin beds, preferred by many adults traveling together, and also a large closet.

The spacious master bedroom has two large closets, a dresser and TV. It is connected to a full bathroom that has a tub and shower. There is now a poster bed in this room.
