This 1939 home was moved from Ephraim to Peninsula Park-View and carefully restored, over four years, to recapture the warmth and ambiance of its era.

The exterior, with its spacious private deck, has two entrances for your convenience. Guests relax in front of the fireplace after hiking, biking, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing in the 4,400 acre Peninsula State Park across the road.

Rates for the Anniversary Suite for 2 adults range from $129 during the quiet season to $199 for two people during the prime season.

The main rooms were carefully restored to the original condition. Each interior board was removed and then replaced after electrical and other upgrades were made. Original hand hewn beams add ambiance and the bright cheerful sunroom, with the large sofa, provides a quiet place to relax, or read. The original stone fireplace was converted to gas and can be enjoyed from the queen bed and the double whirlpool, which was added for ultimate luxury.

The kitchen area includes a gas stove, refrigerator and microwave. You will find a coffee maker, silverware, dishes, pots and pans, and toaster.
