The three bedroom may be rented with the adjoining 2 bedroom and rented as a 5 bedroom guest house cottage.

The Blue Spruce is a comfortable place to relax, has plenty of privacy for each guest, and is open year round. It was a private home for thirty years. The Blue Spruce guest house cottage can be combined with the Lilac guest house cottage duplex cottage through an adjoining door in the kitchen and rented as a 5 bedroom Guest House with 2 bathrooms. The Blue spruce 3 bedroom guest house has a large living room with a full sized table set, a sofa sleeper and a wood fireplace. Enjoy the birds as you sit on the open air porch that overlooks the pool and lovely lawn with a border of ferns and flowers.
The spacious master bedroom has two large closets, a dresser and TV. It is connected to a full bathroom that has a tub and shower.
This cozy room has a brass antique bed, just right for snuggling in with a good book. It also has a large closet for your convenience.
The third bedroom has twin beds, preferred by many adults traveling together, and also a large closet.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. For your convenience we have provided silverware, dishes, utensils, pans and a toaster. Linens are provided, but guests provide their own towels and paper products. The $100.00 one time cleaning fee is not charged if the guest house cottage is left clean. Parking is at your door.
