This year round house is part of Peninsula Park-View Resort once again. Thirty years ago, Herbie Hardt, a previous owner of the resort, sold the motel and kept the property South of the pool. He built two lovely duplexes and raised children and grandchildren there. This guest house cottage has two bedrooms or can be combined with the Blue Spruce Cottage to become a 5 bedroom, two bathroom cottage with a full kitchen between. This two bedroom side
has a sectional sofa sleeper and a microwave, refrigerator and A/C in the
living room. The covered porch overlooks the pool and the sunset to
the west. |

bed.
Linens are provided, but guests provide their own towels and paper products or rent towels from Peninsula Park-View. |

The other cozy bedroom has a full sized bed. The cottages are housekeeping units and guests let us know when something is needed. When guests leave the cottage clean, the one time
cleaning fee of $50.00 is not charged. |
