Great rates for queen rooms and the cottage that are available this weekend.  This central Door County location is between Fish Creek and Ephraim, across from the Highland Road entrance into Peninsula State Park. Check out the amazing fall weekday rates for exceptionally clean and extensively remodeled units. Rates that include complimentary bicycles, free WiFi in units, fair trade/organic coffee, and chemical free lawns are a few of many reasons why guests return year after year.  There are outdoor grillsfire pits and a gathering room with ping pong and board games and TV. The outdoor pool in summer is one of the largest in Northern Door. New this year: bicycle self maintenance station and custom van tours.

Each unit at A Peninsula Park-View has heat and A/C controls, microwave & refrigerator or a full kitchen. Rooms feature large windows and a ceiling fan for cross ventilation. All units are on the first floor and parking is near the door. There is seating outside on porches or decks near their unit. All units are smoke free, but smoking is allowed on site -- far enough away from buildings so smoke does not go into the units or bother other people.

A Peninsula Park-View is a small family owned resort: eleven individually decorated and extensively remodeled rooms in 2015, including a room that can accommodate a pet, one room to accommodate a wheelchair, two upscale suites and four clean, comfortable and extensively remodeled cottages with 2, 3 or 5 bedrooms.

The romantic Anniversary Suite and Garden King Suite were saved by moving and dividing a 1939 home destined for destruction up the hill from from Ephraim. It took 4 years to restore the Anniversary Suite to make it exceptional. People enjoy the hand hewn beams and large stone fireplace while they relax in the private whirlpool. The Garden King suite is a favorite with more windows than walls and people often extend their stay there.

Guests return again and again due to the excellent central location, between the two favorite Door County villages of Fish Creek and Ephraim. It is walking distance to the outdoor movie theater, and across from the middle entrance to Peninsula State Park and a wood and nine iron from the championship golf course. It is just north of the YMCA, Peninsula Art School and Door Community Auditorium. It is easy access to galleries, concerts, wineries, dining, shopping and historical experiences in Door County.

Stay with us and you will learn some secrets for exploring Door County, based on what you enjoy. New this year: A reasonably priced personalized tour of the Door County Parks and Arts or tour packages. Advanced reservations needed.

The owners have both taught for 30 years and are retired, so they offer educators and seniors and returning guests a special rate. They are wanna-be-naturalists who love to learn from their guests. Ron taught construction and manufacturing and Carole was a reading specialist with a degree in Recreation and is also a certified tourism ambassador.

Guests use their Blue Horse Beach Cafe discount to learn why it was voted best place for lunch in Door County. Guests also enjoy discounts on exceptional one-of-a-kind photo art and cards from 2 for U in Fish Creek. Guests also get a discount at a great fish boil and in the retail shop on site.

Rates are for 2 people in the rooms and suites, 4 people in the 2 & 3 bedroom cottages, and for 8 people in the 5 bedroom cottage. Each additional person of any age is only $10 per night.

Cottages have a 3 night minimum stay during mild and prime seasons and are housekeeping units. There is a 2 or 3 night minimum in the rooms and suites on summer, festival, and holiday weekends. The rooms are closed from November to May.

Reserve three ways:1) reserve and pay on our secure website 2) reserve on line, but call to pay the deposit using visa, discover or master card or arrange to send a check. 3) call to make the complete reservation.

The central location provides easy access to the little villages, while avoiding the high season traffic hassles of the main park entrance and late night noises in the villages.

Besides all the Park's amenities, Peninsula Park-View has easy access to the sports, creative arts and unique shopping that the little villages in Northern Door County offers. With a mailing address of Fish Creek, Peninsula Park-View is only a block from Ephraim, at the corner of highways A at 42. It is a block from the outdoor movie theater, less than a mile from several outstanding restaurants and the YMCA. It is less than a mile from the beach, boat rentals and beautiful sunsets in Ephraim.

Peninsula Park-View's central location is just minutes from attractions that Northern Door County is famous for: incredible photo opportunities in 5 State Parks, 28 protected areas and numerous county and village parks.

Did you know that Door County has a very unique identity? It has more shoreline than any other County in the United States, more rare plant and animals and protected lands than any County in Wisconsin, and exquisitely peaceful scenery. It is, therefore, not surprising that it attracts creative artists who offer visitors a wonderful variety of ways to enjoy their vacation. There are no chain stores in Northern Door County, so shopping and dining are interesting experiences in each little village. Ephraim and Fish Creek are the most desirable of the little villages in Door County, so be sure to reserve early so you can get your unit choice at Peninsula Park-View.

Besides outdoor recreation, golfing, fishing, and boating on Eagle Harbor and Nicolet Bay, guests enjoy arts, crafts, and culinary classes, and outstanding music, numerous art galleries, quality theaters, Door County festivals, fish boils and unique shopping.
